FEEDING LIVERPOOL ARE HELPING THE INDY PANTRY
The Indy has been allocated with £4350 of the Liverpool City Council Household Support Fund. This is more than welcome a time when we know many in the Feeding Liverpool network are struggling with increasing demand for food support services, at a time when the cost of food has increased and any donations being received may have gone down.
They have also awarded Indy a further £500 towards the energy costs associated with our premises, and the provision of the Indy Pantry.
This will assist the Indy Pantry to continue providing the best produce possible for our members, and will no doubt help in reducing the food poverty that so many community members are experiencing.
Feeding Liverpool is the City of Liverpool’s food alliance, connecting and equipping people and organisations to work towards good for all. Building on their work since 2015 tackling hunger and food insecurity (@feedingliverpool)
Thank you so much!
